All I was saying was that after the very first drink it's a lot easier to quit then after a few years or even weeks of drinking. In NO way am I saying that there is an "instant cure" for it. Believe me, I know almost as well as you do, it's addictive and there truely is NO cure even if you are committed to quitting. After reading over my statement I realize I used "choosing alcoholism" wrong. I really meant exactly what I said above: It's easier (not always) to quit if you choose to take one drink than it is after 4 or 5.
